Dunham-Bush Joins SPD Tech Valley with 32-Acre Industrial Land SPA Signing
[On 28 August 2026] Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn. Bhd. officially signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement with SPD Tech Valley Sdn. Bhd. for approximately 32 acres of industrial land at SPD Tech Valley in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan, marking the company’s next phase of manufacturing expansion in Malaysia.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Yu Boashuang, Managing Director of Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn. Bhd., and Mr. Ten Wee Seong, representative of SPD Tech Valley Sdn. Bhd. and Chief Executive Officer of Seri Pajam Development Group.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by YAB Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Lasim, Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan, with distinguished guests including YB Datuk Mohd. Asna Amin, Negeri Sembilan State Executive Councillor for Industry, Technology, Innovation and Digital Affairs; YBhg. Dato’ Haji Najmuddin Sharif bin Sarimon of Invest Negeri Sembilan; and En. Azizul Hakim bin Abu Haniffa, Director of MIDA Negeri Sembilan.
The project represents an expected Phase 1 investment of approximately RM172 million and is expected to create up to 400 employment opportunities, including skilled and technical positions. Construction is targeted to commence in Q1 2027, with operations expected to begin in Q1 2028.
With more than 130 years of HVAC/R engineering expertise, Dunham-Bush’s expansion at SPD Tech Valley will strengthen its manufacturing capacity for chiller systems and advanced HVAC/R solutions serving both Malaysian and international markets. The investment is also expected to create wider opportunities for local suppliers, engineering services, logistics and supporting industries.
The addition of Dunham-Bush marks another important milestone for SPD Tech Valley and further strengthens the park’s growing industrial ecosystem across advanced manufacturing, high-value industries and data centre-related supply chains.
